Psikolojik Danışman Adaylarında Etik Karar Verme Süreci: Senaryo Temelli Nitel Bir Analiz

Abstract
Bu çalışmada, psikolojik danışman adaylarının etik ikilemler karşısındaki karar verme süreçlerinin bağlamsal ve normatif boyutlarıyla incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırma nitel araştırma deseni çerçevesinde yürütülmüştür. Çalışma grubunu bir devlet üniversitesinin Rehberlik ve Psikolojik Danışmanlık programında öğrenim gören 10’u birinci sınıf, 10’u dördüncü sınıf olmak üzere toplam 20 öğrenci oluşturmuştur. Veriler, alanyazında sık karşılaşılan etik problem alanlarını temsil eden ve etik ikilemler içeren altı senaryo üzerinden, yarı yapılandırılmış görüşmeler yoluyla toplanmıştır. Toplanan veriler yönlendirilmiş içerik analizi ile analiz edilmiştir. Bulgular, katılımcıların etik kararlarını tek bir normatif ilkeye dayandırmadıklarını; farklı etik perspektifleri bağlama, risk düzeyine ve ilişkisel dinamiklere bağlı olarak kullandıklarını göstermiştir. Özellikle risk ve zarar olasılığının arttığı durumlarda hak temelli yaklaşımlardan faydacılık ve ortak iyi perspektiflerine doğru belirgin bir kayma gözlenmiştir. Ayrıca aynı davranışsal kararların farklı katılımcılar tarafından farklı normatif gerekçelerle temellendirildiği belirlenmiştir. Bununla birlikte, etik kararların yalnızca bilişsel süreçlere dayanmadığı; kültürel normlar, aile içi roller ve duygusal tepkiler tarafından da şekillendiği belirlenmiştir. Etik eğitiminin kavramsal farkındalığı artırdığı, ancak karar verme örüntülerini sınırlı düzeyde etkilediği saptanmıştır. Sonuç olarak etik karar verme süreci, bağlamsal olarak aktive edilen çoklu etik perspektiflerin etkileşimiyle şekillenen dinamik ve çok katmanlı bir yapı olarak değerlendirilmiştir.
